Illumina reads of additional sugar beet DH accessions (KDHBv, UMSBv, YMoBv, YTiBv) and sea beet (DeKBm) mapped to RefBeet using BWA. Is one read mapping with the same number of edits to multiple locations one random location is chosen. The reference accession is included as a control (RefBv).
