Geographic distribution of B. v. maritima accessions

We analysed accessions of the genus Beta, section Beta, most of which are available in the IPK Database or the USDA/GRIN Database. The map shows sampling coordinates of 237 sea beet accessions.
Sequence 'sketches" (obtained from applying Mash) of about 600 Beta accession are available for download.
